Beena Patel

Founder & Trustee

She is a social activist and the Founder & Trustee of the organization. She began her professional journey in retail banking before transitioning into social service through volunteer work with differently abled children, animal welfare, and elder care.

She later co-founded and served as a trustee at the “2nd Innings Home,” an old-age home under the Avval Foundation, dedicating over a decade to elderly care and continuing her association with the foundation as a trustee.

In 2019, she expanded her work into stray animal welfare. Her future vision includes addressing mental health challenges of and promoting character-building and value-based education for children aged 5 to 12 years.

Swapnil Patel

Trustee & Operations Manager

Swapnil Patel is actively associated with the Parivartan Foundation and plays a key role in overseeing operational activities. Coming from a professional background in agriculture and farming, he brings practical knowledge of land management, resource utilization, and sustainable care practices.

In his current role, he is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the organization’s animal shelter initiatives. He ensures proper care, maintenance, and smooth functioning of shelter activities, including coordination of resources, operational planning, and on-ground execution.

With his hands-on approach and operational expertise, he contributes significantly to the efficient functioning of the foundation’s animal welfare programs, ensuring that all activities are carried out with consistency, compassion, and proper structure.

Mansi Patel

Trustee & Human Resource Manager

Mansi Patel is actively associated with the Parivartan Foundation and plays a key role in its human resource and organizational management functions. She began her professional career in the retail banking sector, where she developed strong skills in administration, coordination, and people management.

In her current role, she oversees the foundation’s human resource activities, including volunteer coordination, team management, internal communication, and organizational support systems. She ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to building a structured and efficient working environment within the organization.

Through her commitment and managerial capabilities, she supports the foundation in strengthening its internal processes and enabling effective execution of its social service initiatives.

Arpit Patel

Trustee & Management Support

Arpit Patel is an experienced supply chain professional associated with the Parivartan Foundation, contributing to a Trustee and Management Support role.

He plays an active part in organizational planning, operational coordination, and strategic decision-making. With his professional background in supply chain management, he brings structured thinking, process optimization insights, and execution-focused guidance to support the foundation’s initiatives.

He also serves in an advisory capacity, offering expert input whenever required to strengthen program planning and ensure efficient implementation of activities across various projects undertaken by the organization.

Arpan Shah

Arpan Shah is an active member of the Parivartan Foundation and contributes significantly to the organization’s outreach and fundraising initiatives. He plays an important role in supporting and coordinating various activities aimed at strengthening fundraising campaigns for the NGO’s operational and welfare programs.

Through his involvement, he assists in planning, organizing, and promoting donation drives and awareness efforts, helping the foundation build stronger community engagement and resource support.

His contribution helps ensure the smooth execution of fundraising activities that enable the organization to sustain and expand its social service initiatives.

Archana Dave

Hasmukh Jain is a retired educator associated with the Parivartan Foundation in an advisory and governance role. With a long-standing background in education, he brings deep academic experience, disciplined thinking, and a strong understanding of learning systems and child development.

As part of the Advisory Board and Trustee team, he provides valuable guidance on educational initiatives and contributes thoughtful input toward program design, planning, and implementation. His experience helps the organization strengthen its focus on learning, awareness, and capacity-building activities within its social service initiatives.

He continues to support the foundation by offering expert advice whenever required, contributing meaningfully to its mission of creating long-term social impact through education and development-focused programs.
